All prices are quoted in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

• Any outstanding payments must be settled

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan and Indiana, United States. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Harris County, Michigan and Indiana.
